Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Easy E-Detailing Lite account and associated data. This page is public and does not require login.
- Your account and profile information
- Authentication data linked to your account
- Subscription status records tied to your account
- Support records linked to your account, where not legally required
- Limited records needed for legal, tax or accounting obligations
- Information required for fraud prevention
- Purchase records held by Google Play under its own policies
Processing time. Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days. We may contact you at your registered email to confirm the request.
Consequences. After deletion you lose access to your account, subscription features and any data stored under your account. This cannot be undone.
Local project files. Project content stored locally on your device, and any backups you exported, remain on your device and are your responsibility to remove.
Important: Deleting the app from your tablet does not automatically delete your account. Use this form or the in-app option to request deletion.
Developer reminder: the app itself must also contain an accessible Delete Account option.
