This Privacy Policy explains how iWebry ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Easy E-Detailing Lite Android application and this website. This page is publicly accessible and does not require login. By using the app or website you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the app and support your account. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:

Name and email address you provide at registration.
Phone number, where you choose to provide it for support.
Authentication data used to sign you in and keep your account secure.
Device identifiers, device model and platform, used for device-based access control.
Subscription status and Google Play purchase information (such as purchase and entitlement state).
Trial-code redemption information, where a trial code is used.
App activity needed for account security (for example, sign-in and device-linking events).
Support requests and their contents, when you contact us.
Locally stored project files. Project content is primarily stored on your device where the app's implementation allows.
YouTube video access, when you open training videos.
Log and diagnostic information used to keep the service reliable.

We do not ask for or store passwords in plain text, OTPs, UPI PINs or payment-card details. Payments are handled by Google Play.

2. Why we collect it

To create and secure your account and sign you in.
To verify subscriptions and manage device access.
To provide app features such as projects, categories and the viewer.
To respond to support requests.
To detect and prevent fraud and misuse.
To maintain, troubleshoot and improve reliability.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the app, and where required by law. Service providers may include:

Supabase — authentication and backend data services.
Google Play Billing — subscription purchases and verification.
YouTube — playback of training videos you choose to open.
Hosting provider — hosting for backend and website services.

Note for launch: list only the providers your production build actually uses, and match this section exactly to your Google Play Data Safety form. Do not include Razorpay unless your Play Store build actually uses it.

4. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as authenticated access, server-side purchase verification and device-based access control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account deletion we remove account data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited information for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations.

6. Account deletion

You can request account deletion from within the app or from our public Account & Data Deletion page. Deleting the app from your tablet does not automatically delete your account.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Children

The app is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective and last-updated dates above.
