Medical representatives and pharma teams often receive product material as PDF, PowerPoint or image files. Easy E-Detailing is designed to bring supported source content into a project so pages can be organized for a doctor presentation.
PDF and image import provide a practical path for fixed visual pages. PPT/PPTX support depends on the production build and the features used in the source file. Embedded fonts, animation, linked media and complex effects should always be tested before field deployment.

The best format is the one that preserves every approved detail clearly on the target tablet. File size should be controlled without making charts or references blurry.
From import to organized project
Create a recognizable project, import the final approved source and review every generated page. Use categories to separate the core story, evidence, product use, safety and optional material. Page names should help representatives identify the right content under field pressure.
The Automatic Page Naming feature can suggest Full Name, Short Name or Smart Short labels after pages are detected, while still allowing the user to review before saving.
Quality checks before a doctor call
- Compare every imported page with the approved master file.
- Check charts, references, logos and required safety text.
- Confirm page order and category placement.
- Open the project full-screen on the actual field tablet.
- Test the prepared presentation without internet.
Do not assume that a successful import means every detail is readable. Visual QA and an offline test are both necessary.
Continue the workflow
After import, use Category Management to structure the story and Doctor Presentations to display it. Project backups can be created through Export & Restore where the app supports the prepared project.
