From Manager setup to MR field work, step by step
Manager and MR use separate role-focused dashboards. The Manager controls the linked team from their own phone, while each MR uses the field workspace on a tablet for Start Day, doctor work, detailing and follow-ups.

Install Easy E-Detailing
Install the Android app using the currently available download option on the website.

Choose and activate a team plan
Select the plan duration that fits the team. The plan starts with a Manager account and included MR access as shown on the pricing page.

Manager signs in on the Manager phone
The Manager uses the purchase/activation account to open the Manager workspace on their own device.

Manager adds the MR team
Add linked MRs so each representative gets a role-focused MR workspace while Manager controls remain separate.

MR signs in on the field tablet
The MR opens the MR workspace on the tablet used for doctor calls and daily field work.

MR starts the working day
Start Day can capture the required live photo, time and GPS-based location. The submitted record becomes available in the linked Manager workflow.

Open the doctor and start detailing
Use Doctor List, select the relevant approved pages and present the visual aid in the doctor-facing viewer.

Record outcome and next work
Save the supported visit outcome and keep follow-up or pending work connected to the doctor instead of relying on memory.

Manager reviews team activity
From the Manager side, review supported MR-wise attendance, doctor work, follow-ups, pending work and current day status.

Continue prepared presentations offline
Once the required setup is complete and content is available locally, prepared e-detailing presentations can continue when clinic connectivity is weak.
Location note: GPS accuracy and readable place information depend on device conditions and available mapping data. The app should not be treated as a guarantee of an exact shop or building identity.
