Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Easy E-Detailing account and server-side data associated with your account. Uninstalling the app does not itself delete the account.

Data we will delete where associated with your account
  • Profile, role and team-link information
  • Authentication/account-access data that is no longer required
  • Device-link and device-control records where deletable
  • Doctor/HCP work, visit, follow-up, pending-work and daily-report records created under your account
  • Attendance records, including submitted attendance photo, timestamps and GPS/place information, where centrally stored
  • Server-side project/backup metadata and files owned by your account where deletion is supported
  • AI/support records associated with your account where they are not required to be retained
Data that may be retained
  • Payment, invoice, transaction and tax/accounting records required by law
  • Security/audit and fraud-prevention records where retention is reasonably necessary
  • Records retained by payment providers, app stores or other third parties under their own legal obligations
  • Aggregated or de-identified analytics that no longer identifies you

Local files and exported backups. Files stored only on your device, downloaded/exported backups and copies you placed in your own cloud/storage account are not automatically removed by deleting your Easy E-Detailing account. You must remove those copies yourself.

Manager/MR team effect. Deleting one user's account removes that user's account and applicable linked records; it does not automatically delete another person's independent account. Team links and access may be removed or reassigned as part of the deletion process.

Processing time. We normally aim to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law.

Important: Do not send your password, OTP, card details, UPI PIN or banking password when requesting deletion.

How to request deletion
  1. Use the Delete Account option inside the app when it is available to your account; or
  2. Email webry2026@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject Easy E-Detailing Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your registered name and email. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting the account.
