This policy applies to the Easy E-Detailing website. Android app storage and permissions are described in the Privacy Policy.

Essential website storage

The website may use essential browser storage or cookies required for security, session state, forms and basic operation. Blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.

Analytics consent

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose to allow analytics in our website preference notice. When enabled, analytics may measure page views, approximate geographic area, browser/device information and interactions with pricing, download and support actions. We configure the website with advertising-personalization signals disabled.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser under easy_analytics_consent_v1. Clearing browser site data can remove that preference and allow you to choose again.

Checkout session storage

The Manager + MR checkout may temporarily use browser session storage under easy_manager_checkout to preserve selected plan/MR quantity and entered checkout details when the page is refreshed or a payment attempt is retried. Session storage is browser-side convenience storage; payment credentials such as card numbers, CVV and UPI PIN are not stored in this checkout key.

Ask AI widget

The website may load the Ask AI widget from an Easy E-Detailing service endpoint. Using the widget can send the message you type and technical request information needed to return an answer. If the AI service is unavailable, the site may show a WhatsApp support link instead.

Payment-provider storage

If you continue to a third-party payment screen, the payment provider may use its own cookies, device information or fraud-prevention technologies under its privacy/cookie terms. We do not control third-party payment-provider cookies.

Embedded content

Some pages may use third-party content such as YouTube training videos. When you open or interact with that content, the provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies.

WhatsApp and external links

Opening WhatsApp, YouTube, a payment provider or another external service takes you to that provider. Their cookies, app identifiers and privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Your controls

You can clear cookies, local storage and session storage through your browser settings. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent access to normal website content, pricing information or support links.
