Terms & Conditions
Effective date: July 19, 2026 · Last updated: September 21, 2026
These Terms govern use of Easy E-Detailing, including Manager + MR team features, doctor-detailing workflows, attendance/location functions, website checkout and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Professional business-use service
Easy E-Detailing is a pharma field-work, content-management and doctor-presentation tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or clinical advice and must not be represented as doing so.
2. Manager and MR accounts
A supported plan may include one Manager account and a selected MR capacity. The account used to purchase/activate the Manager plan may become the Manager account. A Manager may add or link MRs according to the purchased capacity. Users must provide accurate account information and keep their credentials and devices secure.
3. Team visibility and workplace records
MRs using a linked business/team account understand that supported work records may be visible to the linked Manager, including doctor activity, follow-ups, pending work, daily reports, attendance status, submitted photos, timestamps and location information where those features are enabled. Managers must use such information lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.
4. Doctor/HCP and field data
You are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate authority to enter doctor/HCP information, visit notes and other business-work data into the app. Do not use the service as a patient medical-record system or upload patient health records unless a feature explicitly supports that use and applicable law permits it.
5. Attendance and location
Where enabled, attendance may use time, camera/photo and GPS/map data. Location readings are affected by device hardware, permissions, network/map availability and environmental conditions. We do not guarantee exact distance, exact shop/building identification or continuous availability, and the service is not an emergency or safety-tracking tool.
6. Camera, microphone and AI features
If you use features that require camera, microphone, voice transcription or AI, you authorize the app to process the data needed for that feature after the relevant permission/user action. AI or transcription output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before it is used as a business record or communicated to a healthcare professional.
7. Projects and imported content
You retain ownership of content you create or import. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use, copy, present, share and back up that content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading or unauthorized promotional material.
8. Local, offline and backup data
Some projects and media may be stored locally for offline use. You are responsible for device security and for maintaining appropriate backups. Online transfer/backup/restore features depend on the applicable network and provider and may not be continuously available.
9. Plans, MR capacity and device controls
Paid features may depend on an active term, Manager/MR capacity and device-access limits. Capacity and plan details shown at checkout or purchase are part of your purchase. Attempting to bypass account, MR-capacity, device or entitlement controls is prohibited.
10. Payments and verification
Payments are processed by the payment channel shown at purchase, such as Razorpay for supported website checkout or an app-store billing provider for an in-app purchase. Access is granted only after a transaction/entitlement is successfully verified. We do not require your card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
11. Expiry, renewal, cancellation and refund
Plan expiry, renewal, cancellation and refund rules are described in the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy and in the purchase interface shown before payment.
12. Trial access
Trial codes or trial access, where offered, are temporary, non-transferable and subject to the limits shown for that trial. We may disable a trial used fraudulently or outside its intended purpose.
13. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only for its intended professional purpose. Do not reverse engineer, resell without authorization, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass controls, distribute malware, scrape restricted data or use the platform to harass, surveil unlawfully or mislead users.
14. Account suspension
We may suspend or restrict an account or device where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, non-payment, abuse, legal requirements or a material breach of these Terms.
15. Third-party services
Features may depend on third parties such as payment processors, hosting/backend providers, mapping services, YouTube, cloud/backup services, analytics or AI/transcription providers. Their availability and separate terms may apply when you use them.
16. App intellectual property
The Easy E-Detailing software, design, branding and underlying product are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the service during permitted access.
17. Service changes and availability
We may add, modify or remove features and may release updates for security, compatibility or product changes. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently offline operation of every feature.
18. Data loss and user responsibility
Although we use reasonable safeguards, you should maintain appropriate copies of important business content and verify successful backup/restore operations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by device failure, deletion, unsupported file formats, third-party outages or use outside documented limits.
19. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in India.
21. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Questions: webry2026@gmail.com · iWebry.
